  1. Arizona and Colorado are among my priorities in the US 🙂 Well your photos are even better if you took them with a cell phone! I myself have a crap $100 camera and blogging made me realize what a huge difference it makes with a reflex camera!

Gorgeous spot! Your photos are great, beautifully framed and stressing the beauty of the landscape!

    • Shanomi says:

Thanks Orel. I’m taking all my pics with a Samsung cell phone, so that’s a real compliment after seeing what you capture through your lens. This is a hiker’s paradise here – so many trails up and around those gorgeous red rocks. And get this – they’re accessible year round for it rarely freezes or snows here. If it does, it doesn’t last long. You’ll have to come see for yourself.

  3. Diane Lacy says:

Shanomi, I’m so glad you’ve arrived in Sedona. Aren’t those mountains gorgeous. I do miss AZ, it has wonderful spirit. Stay safe and write, write, write. Diane

  4. Peg says:

Breathtaking! You are so blessed to be there, savoring that
    magnificent corner of the universe.

  5. Tish says:

Beautiful! Glad you finally made it safe and sound. Enjoy the warm weather! Much warmer than Nova Scotia today! Snow flurry in Halifax this a.m. Surely a sign of more to come.

  6. Karen Fay says:

Wow nice place to spend the winter. Karen

  7. Eileen says:

    A powerful place, no question.
